Mission Statement:

  • The Mulberry School aims to provide outstanding autism and moderate additional educational needs, specialist education. Integrating social, academic, and therapeutic approaches to enhance the lives of our children from challenge, misunderstanding and anxiety to a brighter, safer and personally successful future.  Embracing difference, and enabling confidence in the use of the skills obtained through their individual journey.
  • The Mulberry School will endeavour to change the world into which our pupils’ transition, promoting self-confidence, challenging thinking and spotlighting the strengths and capabilities of those with Autism and Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD)and moderate additional educational needs.
  • All students at The Mulberry School have a diagnosis of an ASC or MLD.
  • Many of the pupils may have had negative experiences within a school setting and most have experienced rejection in their previous education provision(s), due to their Autism Spectrum Condition or Moderate Learning Disability / moderate additional educational needs.
  • The Mulberry School is an independent specialist provision for those with Autism and, or Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD) / moderate additional educational needs.
  • The Mulberry School welcome, embrace and nurture every individual journey; promoting and celebrating difference.  An environment where all children’s voices are heard, and educational needs met.

MANAGEMENT

The Mulberry school management team is supported by a network which include Quality and Compliance, Admissions and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and IT.

Oversight of the school management is provided is by the Managing Director, Nizam Bata. In addition, the Group plans to implement a robust governance compliance for Quality and Audits respectively, once registered these will include m edical professionals, parents and suitable members of the public.
